Most companies do not need another AI readiness score. They need to know which workflow is actually leaking money, who owns it, and what is worth fixing first.
The Workflow Opportunity Assessment is a paid, bounded diagnostic. It answers a business question: where does work stall, where do leads or calls fall through, and what would have to be true before anyone should automate. It is not a company-wide sweep, not a tool bake-off, and not a free consulting hour dressed up as an audit.
AI Operating Systems for Real Businesses.
Readiness checklists ask whether you have data, sponsors, and a platform. Useful for IT. Weak for operators.
This engagement asks different questions:
If those answers are fuzzy, buying software will not make them sharp. Diagnosis comes before implementation. The two are never bundled into one price.
For one tightly bounded workflow and one business outcome:
Assumes up to three stakeholder interviews unless we explicitly scope more.
It does not include architecture for the whole company, a multi-department roadmap, implementation, or a guaranteed ROI model. If you need more than one workflow diagnosed, that is a larger engagement—priced as such, not squeezed into this one.
Established owner-led, executive-led, or enterprise businesses where important knowledge, judgment, or execution depends too heavily on one person or a small group. Initial focus is regulated, high-trust, service, and call-intensive work—healthcare, insurance, Medicare, financial services, and similar—but fit is the value of the workflow, not a headcount checkbox.
You are a fit when leadership will look at how work actually gets done, assign an owner, and measure a result. You are not a fit if you want a cheap one-off automation, expect AI to repair a broken business without operational change, or have already chosen the tool and only want validation.
The Workflow Opportunity Assessment is priced as a bounded paid diagnosticnot a free audit and not a company-wide program disguised as a small engagement.
Commercial shape (discussed on a Fit call, not published as a rate card):
Fee tracks the size of the diagnostic, not a software subscription. Fit and commercial shape are confirmed on the Fit & Direction Call. No dollar prices on this page.
Implementation, if warranted, is scoped after the assessment. Do not expect a build quote until the outcome, workflow, ownership, systems, and success measures are clear.
This is the usual path when the problem is real but the starting point is not. Findings can lead to a focused implementation, a Clone or knowledge system, or revenue and call-workflow work—only when the finding justifies it.
If the workflow is already documented and you know exactly what to build, you may not need this diagnostic. If several initiatives lack an executive owner, that is a different offer (Fractional CAIO), not a larger assessment.

Stephen McCarthy is an operator, not a vendor. Call Lead Solutions (pay-per-call and performance marketing since 2011, including healthcare, insurance, Medicare, and financial services) is the proof of call, routing, qualification, and follow-up mechanics—not a portfolio of invented AI case studies.
Engagements stay on the business: missed calls, slow follow-up, bottlenecks, knowledge stuck in a few people. No “AI transformation language. No promise that implementation is easy or fast.
A free 15-minute AI Fit & Direction Call is qualification and routing only—whether there is a fit, and whether this assessment (or another offer family) applies. It is not the assessment. It is not a diagnosis, roadmap, or free consulting session.
If the Fit Call shows a real workflow worth diagnosing, the next step is this paid assessment.
